BEAUMONT, Texas, Nov. 2. (AP) - At least two men were burned to death, and ten injured who are now in a local hospital, and damage reported to exceed $500,000 was caused by a fire which swept the Sour Lake oil fields, 25 miles west of here. The fire was started by a friction spark in a well. The spark spread over the field when an oil tank exploded and raged out of control for hours. Lack of equipment proved a very serious handicap to fire fighters.
